Our exhibition season runs from April through November of each calendar year.  Exhibits run approximately three weeks.

You must have at least 15, but no more than 30 (size dependent), pieces of work to hang or display.  You may have a combined exhibit with other artists/artisans.  Exhibit must run at least three weeks.  Artwork must be on exhibit until the show closes.

All artwork must be original. Any work which is recognized as a copy will NOT be hung for exhibition.

All 2D work must be sturdily framed with 2 screw eyes or 2 D-Ring hangers with wire in place, suitable to be hung on a panel.

The artist must be a current Artist Patron (member) of the Winder River Valley Arts Guild (WRVAG).  Current Artist Patron dues are $35.00 annually.  If you are not a current Artist Patron, you may become an Artist Patron upon exhibition acceptance.

The WRVAG will handle all sales of artwork during the exhibit; a 35% commission will be retained by the WRVAG on all sales.

The WRVAG Executive Board of Directors must review and approve your artwork for exhibition.  Once approved, a more detailed list of conditions will be included in the consignment form.

Currently, at no expense to the artist, the WRVAG provides an exhibition reception announcement for mailing to individuals currently on our mailing list, advertisement of the exhibition/reception in our local newspaper, the Dubois Frontier, as well as a small exhibition opening reception for the artist consisting of light hors d’oeuvres and libations.  The WRVAG retains sole discretion in the creation/presentation of the above mentioned items/benefits.
